Swedish Massage

Our standard Massage treatment with a variety of swedish techniques. Pressure varies from light, medium to firm depending on clients' needs. This treatment can be relaxing and therapeutic.

Deep Tissue Massage

Therapeutic and corrective, similar to Swedish Massage but with more pressure to focus on the deeper layers of the muscle, tendons and fascia. Common treatment for athletes, some cases of chronic pain or individuals who do heavy physical activity.

Hot Stone Massage

A treatment with heated basalt stones, the RMT uses these mixed with swedish techniques to massage and help reduce muscle pain and tension. This is a deeply relaxing treatment and a must-try for runners!

Cupping
Therapy

Done with silicone or plastic cups mixed in with the massage treatment. The cups create suction and help with circulation. decrease muscle tension, release fascial restriction and reduce inflammation. Please contact for booking.

CranioSacral Therapy

A gentle, hands-on method which helps improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as the digestive, musculoskeletal, circulatory and more. It's also been shown to help with conditions such as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety.

Indie Head Massage

A head, neck, shoulder and face routine done with warmed oil. An invigorating yet soothing treatment This one's a favourite. Please contact for booking.

Pre/Post Surgery or Trauma Massage

Help with decreasing pain and restrictions. Break down scar tissue formation, increase healing process. Contact for more info.

Prenatal Massage

A treatment for a mom-to be. Done either in side-line position or with a pregnancy pillow. Contact for more info with any health concerns or questions.

Couples Massage

Great for date night, girls night, father and son or mother and daughter. One RMT per client in the same treatment room. Please pre-book as spots are very limited. Currently unavailable because of restrictions.

Reiki

A Japanese form of energy healing. It aims to help the flow of energy in a similar way to acupuncture. Energy can stagnate or get blocked in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain.

Reflexology

Natural therapeutic methods derived from study based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands. ears and more which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. With application of pressure on these reflexes, Reflexology can relieve tension, improve circulation and help promote and support the body's natural efforts to function optimally.
